Natasha - General Manager

My family and I have recently relocated to the beautiful Moreton Bay region where we can fully enjoy our love for anything outdoors, hiking, camping, fishing and grounding ourselves by the water, also cannot forget the amazing food locations.

I am a passionate advocate for equality in all aspects of life. With both personal and professional experience with neurodiversity and mental health, I understand the unique challenges and strengths from both perspectives. No two days are ever the same—we are constantly growing and adapting based on the needs of each day.

For the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of children and families, further solidifying my love for independent growth, and family development.
There is nothing more fulfilling than witnessing confidence, self-identity, and achievement flourish when individuals and families are given the right connections, guidance, and support, along with a well-stocked toolbox to navigate each new day that comes.

I am incredibly grateful to have this opportunity to help others on their journey, while building solid foundations, great connections and lasting relationships.

I’m from Caboolture, proud to call this place home. My life revolves around my loving husband, our three wonderful kids, and our sweet dog—they truly are my everything. Family time is precious to me, and I cherish every moment we spend together.

I’ve always had a deep passion for helping others, and working with people brings me so much joy. I’m also a big fan of camping and have been lucky enough to travel around Australia, making beautiful memories along the way.

Mickey and Minnie Mouse hold a special place in my heart, and I love playing board games, especially when they bring the family together. Being caring and compassionate is at the core of who I am, and my love for animals reflects that too.

Family, kindness, and connection—these are the things I value most.

Our Support Workers/Youth Mentors

Amelia - Support Worker

Growing up, I was fortunate to discover a sport that taught me invaluable life lessons beyond physical skills. As a cheerleading coach I worked with all abilities coaching them cheerleading, how to navigate teamwork and resilience. Paired with the example of my mother, who embodied the qualities of an exceptional caregiver, these experiences have shaped who I am today.
I’m known for my ability to understand others, always making time to listen and empathize. I strive to be supportive, offering encouragement and practical assistance to those around me. Above all, I am deeply caring, showing genuine concern for the well-being of others and aiming to make a positive impact on their lives.
These qualities are what I bring to every client to ensure they feel empowered to reach their full potential.
On my weekends you’ll find me swimming in the ocean or enjoying a walk with a friend or a family member, filling up my cup for the week ahead.

Jeniece - Support Worker

Hi, I’m a 33 year old support worker originally from South Auckland, New Zealand. I moved to Caboolture two years ago with my partner and our daughter, and we’ve loved settling into the community here.

Before stepping into support work, I spent six years as Cabin Crew, an experience that really deepened my love for helping people. I’m passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives, especially those who are most vulnerable. I believe in creating genuine connections and providing support that’s respectful, compassionate, and empowering.

I love animals (especially cats) and travelling when I get the chance. Outside of work, you will find me spending time with my family, either having a backyard bbq or online gaming with our family back in New Zealand.

Scarlett - Support Worker

Growing up in such a welcoming community, where neighbours and friends truly feel like family, has been a rewarding experience.

I’ve always been passionate about supporting those with disabilities, a passion shaped by my upbringing. I find purpose in helping others, particularly in a role where I can make a difference in people’s lives. Encouraging those around me to be their true selves is something I value.

When I’m not working with my clients, you’ll likely find me at university or enjoying a day at the beach. I believe that family and friends are essential to navigating life’s challenges, and I value quality time spent with the people I love. Dedication and passion are the core of who I am, and I’m grateful that this role perfectly aligns with those values.

Ellen - Support Worker

I was raised in a close-knit community by my single mother, who lived with disabilities. This experience instilled in me the importance of having a compassionate and dedicated support network. I pride myself on providing empathetic care and helping others with their daily living and achieving their goals. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, exploring nature, bushwalking, and camping with my partner and children, embracing the outdoors as a way to recharge and connect with family.

Amber - Support Worker

Hi, I’m Amber. I originally hail from New Zealand and moved to Australia when I was 24. I absolutely love singing and exploring new places, and I’m also a big fan of spending time with my family. After working in the medical industry for 12 years, I decided to make a change and pursue teaching. I worked as a student support worker and assistant at a Montessori school, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I loved watching the young minds develop and grow. I wanted to continue growing, so I joined Brothers and Sisters in Arms to help develop and grow young minds and support people in their daily lives.

Taleah - Youth Mentor

I was born and raised in Redcliffe, where I live with my mum, dad, and three brothers. Our household was always filled with energy. Lots of sports especially NRL, travelling, and a bit of chaos, but we made some unforgettable memories.

I enjoy staying active and keeping myself busy. On my days off, you’ll often find me at the beach, spending quality time with family and friends, or engaging in fun activities.

I have always been deeply passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and lending a helping hand whenever possible. My mum, who has been a dedicated support worker for the past 10 years, has been a huge inspiration to me.

Growing up, I witnessed firsthand how much she loved her work and the meaningful connections she built with her clients. Her unwavering dedication sparked my desire to pursue a career in support work, where I can make a positive impact on others lives just as she has.
